Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering with 6+ years of relevant experience; or graduate degree with 4+ years.
• Active US Secret Clearance required.
• Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and communicate with customers and vendors.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% to suppliers and production sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support multi-discipline engineering tasks to meet program requirements.
• Interface with program manager, chief engineer, customers and internal orgs.
• Provide technical guidance and status updates to management and teams.
• Contribute to proposals and business development efforts as needed.
• Prepare and present technical briefings to customers.
