L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Sr. Specialist, Project Engineer to lead the Advanced Missile Propulsion & Technologies project engineering efforts at the West Palm Beach, FL campus.

In this full-time role you will guide cross‑functional teams from concept design through hardware delivery on airbreathing hypersonic programs. You will interact with program managers, chief engineers, customers, and vendors to resolve technical issues, prepare proposals, and present status updates while ensuring

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering (or related field) with 6+ years of experience, or 10 years experience in lieu of degree.
• Active US Secret Clearance is required.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support engineering teams on airbreathing hypersonic propulsion development.
• Coordinate program execution from concept to hardware delivery.
• Interface with program manager, chief engineer, customers, and vendors to resolve technical issues.
• Provide technical input to proposals and briefs for customers and management.
• Prepare and present status reports and lead product team meetings.
• Travel up to 10% to suppliers and production sites.
