Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering ABET-accredited program.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• 4 years of experience in this or similar role.
• 3 years of direct supervision/leadership experience.
• Preferences: hydraulic modeling in natural gas; EIT/PE NM.

Responsibilities

• Lead hydraulic modeling analyses for the transmission and distribution system.
• Oversee a team of engineers and analysts; mentor staff.
• Guide IRP planning, reliability improvements and system expansion.
• Coordinate modeling data, software maintenance and IT requests.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards and practices.
• Support budgeting, O&M forecasts and capital projects.
