129 Boardwalk 1000 LLC is seeking an HVAC technician to maintain, repair and troubleshoot heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration systems. This on-site role involves preventive maintenance, inspections, and logging of all activities to ensure reliable operation across multiple facilities.

Pay rate is $36.25 per hour with benefits including meals, uniforms, parking discounts and bonus programs.

Qualifications

• HVAC system maintenance and repair
• Preventive maintenance on HVAC/R systems
• Record-keeping of gauges and repairs

Responsibilities

• Adjusts, repairs, troubleshoots, and maintains HVAC/R systems.
• Performs preventive maintenance and logs activities.
• Conducts inspections, changes belts, filters, dampers, and checks gauges.
• Assists estimating parts, supplies, and labor hours needed for repairs.
• Maintains air quality, temperature, and records data from gauges.
