Providence Swedish is seeking a Construction Licensed Journeyman Refrigeration Mechanic in Seattle to lead refrigeration/HVAC installations and maintenance for hospital facilities. You will plan projects, review designs, estimate costs, and oversee budgets to ensure on-target expenditures.
With 10+ years in the field, you will guide less experienced staff and ensure systems are operational across medical center buildings. EPA 608 certification is required upon hire.
The Construction Licensed Journeyman Refrigeration Mechanic is responsible for refrigeration and HVAC project installations, project planning and review, cost estimation, and will have over site of project budget ensuring they meet budgetary requirements. In addition, this position will be responsible for repairs and maintenance of hospital refrigeration and HVAC systems and components, ensuring heating and cooling systems are operational for Medical Center buildings. May direct the work of less skilled mechanic(s) and maintenance staff on projects as part of a collaborative team.
