Job Title: Lead Commercial HVAC Technician Pay Rate: $40/hr

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshooting Diagnostics &Optimization: Troubleshoot and enhance the performance of commercial HVACsystems to ensure optimal operation.
  • Preventive Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenancetasks, such as filter replacements, system inspections, and performanceassessments
  • Controls Integration: Collaborate on integrating HVACsystems with Building Automation Systems (BAS) to optimize energyefficiency and performance.
  • Client Engagement: Communicate effectively withclients to assess HVAC needs and provide informed recommendations.
  • Safety & Compliance: Ensure all work adheres tosafety protocols and complies with relevant regulations.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience incommercial HVAC maintenance and diagnostics.
  • Universal EPA, OSHA 10 or 30certification - preferred
  • Leadership experience training and managing Techs and Installers
  • Able to travel 24-50% of the time including some over night.
  • Proficiency in reading HVACblueprints and technical diagrams.
  • Experience with BAS integrationand HVAC control systems is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills andattention to detail.
  • Valid HVAC certification/licenseas required by local regulations.
