Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC service experience.
• 2+ years of HVAC installation experience.
• EPA 608 Certification.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Lead or senior technician experience preferred.
• Experience with residential, apartment maintenance, manufactured housing, or light commercial HVAC.

Responsibilities

• Lead HVAC service, repair, and installation projects.
• Diagnose and repair heating, cooling, and refrigeration systems.
• Service residential, apartment, manufactured housing, and light commercial HVAC equipment.
• Perform apartment maintenance HVAC work, including unit turns and occupied service calls.
• Support and mentor other technicians.
• Ensure all work meets code and manufacturer standards.
• Complete service documentation and maintain truck inventory.
• Deliver outstanding customer service.

Pay: $40-$43/hour DOE
$3,000 Sign-On Bonus

• $1,000 after 90 days
• $1,000 after 180 days
• $1,000 after 1 year
