Qualifications

• 8+ years HVAC/mechanical experience with Superintendent leadership preferred.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, codes, and construction practices.
• Proven ability to lead large crews and manage complex projects.
• Strong scheduling and manpower planning skills.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and getting the job done right.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee large or multiple HVAC jobsites, including manpower planning, scheduling, and logistics.
• Coordinate field teams, Project Managers, subcontractors, and other trades to keep projects moving.
• Drive quality control, code compliance, safety, and consistent jobsite standards.
• Identify and resolve field challenges before they impact schedule, budget, or quality.
• Mentor Foremen and crews while setting the standard for safety, professionalism, and craftsmanship.
