Williams is seeking an HVAC Superintendent to own large-scale, multi-site projects across Montana. This field leadership role emphasizes big-picture thinking, team leadership, and delivering safe, on-time, and on-budget results.

You will supervise crews, coordinate with Project Managers and subs, enforce quality, safety, and code compliance, and mentor Foremen to elevate craftsmanship. Strong HVAC experience and proven leadership are required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of HVAC/mechanical experience with Superintendent-level leadership preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation practices, codes, and mechanical construction.
• Proven ability to lead large crews and manage complex projects.
• Strong understanding of scheduling, manpower planning, and field coordination.
• Ability to make sound decisions in the field and keep projects moving.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and getting the job done right.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee large or multiple HVAC jobsites, including manpower planning, scheduling, and logistics
• Coordinate field teams, Project Managers, subcontractors, and other trades to keep projects moving
• Drive quality control, code compliance, safety, and consistent jobsite standards
• Identify and resolve field challenges before they impact schedule, budget, or quality
• Mentor Foremen and crews while setting the standard for safety, professionalism, and craftsmanship
