Seatown Electric Plumbing Heating and Air in Washington is hiring an HVAC Lead Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and optimize residential comfort systems. You will combine strong technical skills with a consultative approach to help homeowners choose the right solutions.

This role offers a competitive base pay with commissions, a company vehicle, tools, medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, PTO, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• 3 - 5+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with homeowners.
• EPA Certification required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.

Works in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. Regularly works in attics, crawlspaces, and confined spaces while moving equipment and materials up to 50 pounds. Must be able to safely operate tools, equipment, and company vehicles and communicate effectively with customers and team members.
