Lead HVAC Residential Installers Needed

Job Description
  • Lead an installation team on various projects
  • Coordinate with sales, installation coordinators, and managers to ensure quality installations
  • Maintain truck stock with necessary materials
  • Document installations with photos, including model and serial numbers
  • Report incomplete tasks for quality control
  • Install and replace HVAC equipment, including remodels and new installations
  • Modify duct and piping systems, control wiring, and related components
  • Communicate effectively with customers and other tradespeople
  • Manage work orders and track material and labor usage electronically
  • Inspect completed work and ensure cleanliness
  • Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and materials, including refrigerant records
  • Work within and outside the DFW area, with per diem for overnight stays
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license
  • EPA Type 1 and 2 certifications
  • TDLR technician registration
  • Residential HVAC experience
  • HVAC Trade School degree (a plus)
  • Experience in other trades (a plus)
