Job summary

Acloché LLC seeks a Superintendent in California to manage plumbing system installations, material and manpower scheduling, and subcontractor development. You will ensure projects meet quality standards, on-time delivery, and budget targets while maintaining strong relationships with builders and trade partners.

The role requires reading plans, estimating, cost control, and travel to multiple job sites. A California driver license and 7+ years in a full-charge PM/Superintendent role are

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree desirable; experience can compensate for education
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• California Driver License (Class C) with good DMV record
• 7+ years’ experience as a full-charge Project Manager/Superintendent
• Knowledge of Plumbing/HVAC construction
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point
• Capable of extended travel by vehicle

Responsibilities

• Schedule material, equipment and manpower for installations
• Oversee project quality and safety and maintain relationships with contractors
• Communicate between job site and project manager; ensure material availability
• Inspect and verify job progress, changes and cost controls
• Manage field crews, subcontractors and budgeting
• Review job cost reports for accuracy; develop cost controls
