Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within construction, specifically Mechanical/HVAC.
• Proven leadership, planning, risk management and change management abilities.
• Proficient in reading engineering drawings and building codes related to HVAC and plumbing.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and implementation of project from inception to completion, defining scope, goals and deliverables.
• Develop full-scale project plans and communications, and convey expectations to team and stakeholders.
• Identify dependencies and critical paths; deliver progress reports and proposals.
• Manage changes in scope; develop contingency plans to address crises.
• Estimate resources and staffing needs; recruit as necessary during the cycle.
• Direct and manage project development from start to finish; delegate tasks.
• Coordinate installation of HVAC and plumbing systems per specs and codes; review drawings.
• Ensure project documents are complete, current and stored properly.
