- 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience.
- Proven ability to lead installation jobs independently.
- EPA Certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead residential HVAC replacement and installation projects.
- Install furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, ductwork, and indoor air quality products.
- Ensure installations meet manufacturer specifications and local code requirements.
- Train and mentor installation helpers and junior installers.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process.
- Complete job documentation accurately and on time.
