Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, property maintenance, and service technician duties. 

Responsibilities:

•  Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on HVAC systems to ensure efficient operation. - Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC units, both electronic and mechanical components.
• Interpret and analyze schematics to effectively address electrical problems.
• Utilize tools such as ohmmeters for accurate system diagnostics.
• Conduct welding tasks when necessary for HVAC system repairs.
• Drive to various job sites using company-provided transportation. 

Skills:

• Proficient in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair procedures.
• Familiarity with using ohmmeters for electrical diagnostics. 
• Experience working with refrigeration systems is a plus. 
• Knowledge of ammonia refrigeration systems is advantageous.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics for troubleshooting purposes.
• Previous experience in field service or property maintenance is beneficial.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Experience:

• HVAC: 2 years (Preferred)
• Supervising: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• EPA Type II (Preferred)
• Driver's License (Required)
