Lead HVAC Installer - Tri-Cities area - Grand Island

Join us at KAYL Heating & Air as a Lead HVAC Installer in the Tri-Cities area, based in Grand Island. We are industry leaders committed to quality and customer satisfaction.

Position Overview

Responsible for installing heating and air conditioning sheet metal systems in commercial applications, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer experience. You will oversee the entire project and supervise the installation crew.

Compensation and Schedule

• Pay: Up to $38.00/hr, depending on experience
• Hours: 8:00 am - 6:30 pm, Monday to Friday; evenings & weekends as needed; on-call rotation required

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with insurable record
• 5+ years’ experience as a commercial installer
• EPA Universal Certification
• Proficient in installing gas and refrigeration piping
• Skilled in HVAC ductwork installation and system design
• Knowledge of refrigerants, gas, electric furnaces, heat pumps, troubleshooting, and system installation
• Ability to train and supervise team members
• Strong safety awareness and knowledge of tools and testing devices
• Understanding of low voltage HVAC systems
• Customer consultation skills and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to test, balance, and ensure code compliance
