Qualifications

• Proven residential HVAC installation experience.
• Ability to complete a full installation or lead a crew.
• EPA 608 certification.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong understanding of ductwork, airflow, refrigerant systems, condensate, electrical, and IAQ.
• Ability to work in Florida attics, tight spaces, heat, and demanding jobsite conditions.
• Must be able to provide photos of your own completed HVAC installations.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete residential air-conditioning installations from start to finish.
• Maintain top workmanship, safety and code compliance.
• Document installations and pass inspections.
