Job summary

Moore Home Services in Sonoma/Napa area seeks an experienced Lead HVAC Technician for our Install Crew who takes pride in high-quality work, leadership, and professionalism. You will confidently run residential change-outs, lead a crew, and complete clean installs with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years as a lead in residential HVAC installation.
• Proficient in HVAC design and ductwork installation.
• Ability to lead and coach apprentices on projects.
• EPA 2 Certification required; Universal preferred. Nate Certification is a bonus.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install heating and air conditioning equipment per company requirements and specifications.
• Provide project leadership with less experienced install apprentices to complete projects.
• Ensure safety for self and team members.
• Work under minimum supervision to install HVAC equipment in customers' homes.
• Complete all documentation accurately and on time.
• Provide exceptional customer service and educate homeowners on system use.
