Qualifications

• HVAC installation experience; training provided for strong potential
• Leadership and jobsite management skills
• EPA Certification (required or must obtain within 60 days)
• NATE Certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to pass background screening
• Must own (or be willing to acquire) necessary HVAC tools
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
• Mentally tough, dependable, and committed to excellence

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee HVAC installation projects from start to finish
• Install: Air handlers, Furnaces, Coils (cased & uncased), Heat pumps, Package units, Mini-split systems
• Fabricate ductboard and install ductwork properly
• Remove and replace existing systems and components
• Ensure proper airflow, system design, and performance
• Read and execute work orders, diagrams, and blueprints
• Oversee and manage HVAC installer helpers on-site
• Maintain jobsite organization, safety, and efficiency
• Perform system startup, testing, and quality checks
• Communicate professionally with customers when needed
• Ensure every installation is completed right the first time - no shortcuts
