Qualifications

• Ability to lead HVAC installation projects, plan and supervise crews.
• Hands-on experience installing residential/light commercial systems.
• Strong reading of blueprints, diagrams and specs.
• Knowledge of local mechanical codes and safety standards.
• Proficient with tools, testing equipment and measuring devices.
• Excellent communication with customers and teams; coach juniors.

Responsibilities
