Moore Mechanical, part of the MM Acquisitions group, is seeking a seasoned Senior HVAC Installer to lead installations and support field teams across West Michigan. You will mentor apprentices, read blueprints and specs, coordinate with project managers and supervisors, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years HVAC installation experience required.
• Proven leadership or crew lead experience.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and installation practices.
• Ability to read blueprints and job specifications.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and minimum age 18.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation of HVAC systems for residential and commercial projects.
• Install and oversee heating and cooling system upgrades in existing buildings.
• Ensure installations maximize efficiency and performance.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and layouts.
• Mentor and train apprentices and junior installers.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Field Supervisors, and other trades.
• Maintain accurate job documentation, including materials and work completed.
• Troubleshoot installation challenges and resolve field issues.
• Ensure all work meets safety and company quality standards.
