Job Description:

• Install and replace residential/light commercial HVAC systems.
• Ensure compliance with local codes and pass inspections on the first attempt.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively on-site.
• Use tools, gauges, and test equipment for quality installations.
• Complete and sign off installation checklists.
• Work independently or with a team to solve field problems.
• Maintain and organize inventory for efficiency.
• Recommend maintenance contracts to extend customer product life.

Requirements:

• 5-10+ years of HVAC installation experience.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record.
• EPA certification.
• Own tools, strong integrity, and reliability.
• Proficient in HVAC system design, layout, and installation.
• Skilled in wiring, troubleshooting, and system start-ups.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

• Tech/Trade School degree.
• Service and maintenance experience.
• North Carolina Mechanical License.
• NATE Certification.
