Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC installation experience, residential and new construction.
• EPA Certification required.
• Active HVAC license required.
• Experience with boiler, furnaces, gas and oil systems preferred.
• Ability to lead jobs and mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential HVAC installations including replacements and new construction.
• Read blueprints, plans, and specs for projects.
• Oversee teams to meet schedule, budget, and standards.
• Ensure compliance with codes and safety requirements.
• Mentor junior installers and apprentices.
• Maintain organized, safe job sites and complete documentation.
