Lead HVAC Installer

As a Lead Installer, you will be responsible for installing residential HVAC equipment, leading a two‑person installation crew, ensuring projects are completed safely and efficiently, and delivering an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• Experience leading or mentoring other installers preferred.
• Strong understanding of residential HVAC system replacements and installations.
• Ability to communicate professionally with homeowners.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Ability to pass a drug screening and background check prior to hire.
