F.H. Furr in Maryland is seeking a Lead HVAC Installer to deliver precise residential installations with pride. You’ll lead a skilled team, measure, cut, and assemble ductwork, piping, and electrical components, and connect systems to existing infrastructure.

With a strong focus on safety, customer service, and quality, you’ll train teammates, test and troubleshoot, and ensure peak performance. This on-site role offers a signing bonus and competitive salary in the $75k–$100k range.

Formación

• Proven experience as HVAC Installer or similar role
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components and installation best practices
• Proficiency with HVAC tools and equipment
