Experienced HVAC Installer - work only 4 days a week! 3 and 4 day weekends!

As an HVAC Installer for Conway Comfort, you'll be the backbone of our company. Providing residential and light commercial installation to our valued customers.

A 4-day work week is a reality with us. Our technicians alternate either Monday - Thursday or Tuesday - Saturday 10 hours each day, with a 4 DAY WEEKEND possible! Enjoy a better work/life balance and enjoy more free time!

Pay: Up to $40.00/hr, depending on experience, plus spiffs and bonus potential

What You'll Do:

• Develop strong working relationships with team
• Install residential and light commercial units
• Mentor junior Installers

What You'll Bring:

• Three or more years' experience as an HVAC installer
• Excellent communication, time management, and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• EPA Certification
• Bonus points for any NATE certifications you bring with you
