Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience, a KY HVAC Journeyman License, and strong communication skills. You'll lead installation projects and ensure high-quality service in the residential sector.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• Comfortable leading installs with a helper assigned.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and access attics/crawlspaces.
