Base Salary

$65,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Disassemble and remove outdated HVAC systems, install and start up new systems, troubleshoot, and lead installations with a helper, maintaining professionalism and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of residential HVAC installation experience
• Ability to lead installations with a helper
• Knowledge of local inspection codes
• EPA certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and access attics/crawlspaces
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Pass background check and drug screening
• Valid driver’s license with a good record
