F.H. Furr is hiring experienced Residential HVAC Installers who focus on installations, craftsmanship, and teamwork—without sales pressure. This role offers year-round work and dedicated install support, with strong earning potential and a sign-on bonus up to $10,000.

Installers will handle furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and related components, following manufacturer specs and company standards. Excellent career growth with a stable, long-term employer.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Residential HVAC Installer.
• Strong understanding of installation practices and system components.
• Knowledge of HVAC codes and safety regulations.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals.
• Mechanical aptitude with HVAC tools and equipment.
• Valid driver’s license (must be at least 21).

Responsibilities

• Install residential HVAC systems per manufacturer specs and company standards.
• Perform system change-outs and new equipment installations (furnaces, A/C, heat pumps).
• Measure, fabricate, and install ductwork and piping as needed.
• Connect HVAC equipment to ductwork, electrical, and controls.
• Test systems for proper operation, airflow, and performance.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners about operation and care.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Install residential HVAC systems according to manufacturer specifications and company standards
• Perform system change-outs and new equipment installations, including:
  • Furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps
  • Indoor and outdoor units, controls, and accessories
• Measure, fabricate, and install ductwork, piping, and related components as needed
• Connect HVAC equipment to existing ductwork, electrical, and control systems
