F.H. Furr is hiring experienced Residential HVAC Installers who focus on installations, craftsmanship, and teamwork with no sales pressure. This role offers a stable, long-term career and a sign-on bonus for qualified installers.

You will install residential HVAC systems, perform change-outs, and work with furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ducts, and controls while ensuring safe, code-compliant operation. Competitive earnings and strong support await.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Residential HVAC Installer.
• Strong understanding of installation practices and system components.
• Knowledge of HVAC codes, safety regulations and best practices.
• Ability to read/interpret blueprints, schematics and manuals.
• Mechanical aptitude and proficiency with HVAC tools and equipment.
• Comfortable using mobile devices for documentation.
• Valid driver's license (must be at least 21).

Responsabilités

• Install residential HVAC systems per manufacturer specs and standards.
• Perform system change-outs and new installations (furnaces, ACs, heat pumps).
• Install ductwork, piping, and related components as needed.
• Connect equipment to existing ductwork, electrical and controls.
• Test systems for proper operation and airflow.

What You'll Be Doing

Install residential HVAC systems according to manufacturer specifications and company standards

Perform system change-outs and new equipment installations, including:

• Furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps
• Indoor and outdoor units, controls, and accessories
• Measure, fabricate, and install ductwork, piping, and related components as needed
• Connect HVAC equipment to existing ductwork, electrical, and control systems
• Test completed systems for proper operation, airflow, and performance
• Communicate professionally with homeowners regarding system operation and care
