Beutler Air Conditioning & Plumbing is seeking an experienced HVAC Installer in California to disassemble old systems and install, start up, and troubleshoot new residential units. You will lead installs with a helper, delivering professional, precise, and efficient service.

Requirements include 3+ years in residential HVAC installation, ability to lift heavy equipment, knowledge of local codes, EPA certification (or willingness to obtain), and a valid driver’s license.

• 3+ years of residential HVAC installation/warranty experience.
• Comfortable leading installs with a helper.
• Able to troubleshoot HVAC systems.
• Working knowledge of local inspection codes.
• EPA certification (or willingness to obtain).

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Must pass background check and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
