Pay: $80,000–$100,000 annually. Earning potential over $100,000/year based on performance. Full‑time, year‑round work.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble and remove outdated HVAC systems, then install, start up, and troubleshoot new residential HVAC systems.
• Lead each installation with the support of an assigned helper, operating with professionalism, precision, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of residential HVAC installation experience
• Comfortable leading installs with an assigned helper
• Working knowledge of local inspection codes
• EPA certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and access attics/crawlspaces
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Must pass background check and drug screen
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
