YOUR TYPICAL DAY

As the Lead HVAC Installer, your day starts early, getting ready to tackle exciting installation projects. You and your team head to various job sites, where you lead the installation of heating and cooling systems, troubleshoot any issues, and ensure everything is running smoothly. You're not just an installer-you're a leader, building a positive culture on the job and ensuring customer satisfaction at every step. From start to finish, you ensure top-notch quality and efficiency in all your installations.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of HVAC installation experience
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to install heating and cooling systems

Preferred:

• Own hand tools (company provides specialty tools)

WORK SCHEDULE

This full-time heating and cooling position works Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. We also provide on-call and overtime opportunities.
