Lead HVAC Installer

Pay scale ranges from $60,000 to $100,000 based on experience and work ethic. We offer a $3,000 sign‑on bonus to qualified applicants.

Schedule: Hours are 7am to 5pm or until the job is complete. On occasion, you may finish later. We have a weekend on‑call schedule.

All you need is:

• 2+ years of lead install experience
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Clean cut and presentable appearance
• Strong communication skills with homeowners
