Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the installation of residential ductless heat pump systems and other HVAC equipment.
2. Perform service and maintenance on installed systems to ensure optimal performance.
3. Supervise and mentor junior installers and apprentices.
4. Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC issues with efficiency and accuracy.
5. Ensure all work is performed according to local code, safety standards, and manufacturer specifications.
6. Collaborate with electricians and project managers to coordinate multi-trade installations.
7. Complete detailed job reports and communicate effectively with clients.
8. Maintain a clean and organized job site, vehicle, and equipment.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 5 years of residential HVAC installation and service experience.
2. Proven leadership ability in field operations.
3. Strong knowledge of ductless heat pump systems (installation and servicing).
4. EPA Certification (Required or ability to obtain).
5. Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
6. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
7. Strong communication and customer service skills.
8. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
9. Tech-savvy - comfortable using tablets or smartphones on the job.

Compensation & Retirement:
