Currently, we have an immediate opening for a Lead HVAC Installer who will be responsible for Installation of residential and light commercial HVAC equipment.

Pay Range: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour, depending on experience

Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Job Duties:

• Replace old residential and light commercial HVAC equipment with new as per code.
• Provide proper start-up and documentation of new HVAC equipment.
• Provides a safe and well organized work space.
• Communicates with customers.
• Installation and knowledge of the following:
  • Residential Gas Furnaces
  • Residential Split systems
  • Light commercial Rooftop Units
  • Humidifiers
  • Air purification systems
  • Zoning systems
• Build strong customer relationships and build knowledge and understanding of new and existing customer needs/expectations

Required Qualifications:

• Knowledge of the theory, methods, practices, tools, and equipment of the trade
• Possess own basic hand tools
• Must be willing to become EPA certified within 30 days of employment. We provide all study materials and will proctor the test.
• Knowledge of the operating principles and characteristics of the various types of refrigeration
• Knowledge of basic electricity and control systems
• Ability to apply the theory, technique, principles, and processes of the HVAC mechanic's trade
• Ability to read, understand, and work from blueprints, specifications, and schematics
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, or stand, lift, and move heavy objects
