Key Responsibilities:

• Execute HVAC installations in residential, multi-family, and commercial buildings, ensuring high standards of quality and compliance.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns promptly.
• Communicate effectively with Install and Project Managers to address challenges.
• Lead and mentor installation teams, setting an example in workmanship, safety, and professionalism.
• Maintain compliance with all company, local, state, and federal codes.
• Achieve performance targets, including installation quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Keep installation vehicles clean and organized, ensuring proper inventory management.
• Perform maintenance, repairs, and installations on mini-split systems, split systems, and package units.

Qualifications:

• Required:EPA Universal Certification or Type 1 & 2 Certification.
• Minimum 7 years of HVAC installation experience; leadership experience preferred.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal HVAC codes and standards.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with a focus on team collaboration.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record.
• Proven experience working with sheet metal in HVAC installations or repairs.
