Job summary

Alber Service Company in Pennsauken, NJ is seeking a Full-Time Lead HVAC Installation Technician to head our installation team. You’ll supervise residential and light commercial installs, ensure safety, quality, and code compliance, and manage job logistics to keep projects on track.

What You'll Be Doing:

You’ll lead our team of installers in accurately installing and retrofitting all kinds of heating and air conditioning systems. Installing residential and light commercial systems, you’ll oversee your team throughout the job to ensure they follow safety policies, meet quality standards, and comply with all building codes. You’ll manage the job’s logistics to keep projects on track, assisting wherever needed to support accurate, efficient installations and retrofits.

What We Need From Our Lead HVAC Installation Technician:

• EPA certification
• 3+ years of experience leading residential and/or commercial heating and air conditioning installations
• Clean, valid driver's license
