Job summary

Comfort Heating & Air Conditioning in Lexington is seeking an experienced HVAC Installation Mechanic to install, start-up and troubleshoot replacement systems in residential settings. You will disassemble old units and ensure quality workmanship while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• Lead role experience with a helper.
• Working knowledge of local inspection codes.

• Willingness to lift heavy objects and work long hours including weekends.

Responsibilities:

As an AOR / HVAC Installation Mechanic, you would disassemble and remove old systems, then install, start-up and troubleshoot (if needed) new replacement HVAC systems in residential settings.

Qualifications:

• At le ast 2 years of RESIDENTIAL HVAC Installation experience.
• Comfortable in a Lead role with a Helper assigned.
• Working knowledge of local inspection codes.
• Journeyman HVAC License (Certification assistance may be available).
• A proven work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to go into attics, crawl spaces and lift heavy objects on a regular basis.
• Willingness to put in long, sporadic hours and/or weekends when necessary.
• All candidates are required to undergo pre-employment drug screen, background checks and must have a valid driver’s license with good driving record .
