Job summary

Frank Gay Services is seeking a skilled residential Lead HVAC Install Mechanic in Ocala, FL. The role focuses on installation, system testing and calibration, and reading schematics/blueprints to ensure precise work.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in safe use and maintenance of HVAC tools and equipment.
• Ability to read schematics and blueprints and follow codes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze work orders, address customer concerns, and perform HVAC installations with attention to detail and quality.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize processes and ensure seamless operations.
• Maintain inventory and ensure trucks are properly equipped for each installation job.
• Document work accurately and provide guidance to apprentices.
• Stay updated with HVAC codes and standards and uphold professional conduct at all times.
• Drive and maintain company vehicles to ensure safety and efficiency.

Compensation

• $75,000 - $125,000+/yr
