Position Summary: As the Lead HVAC Install Technician, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing your own HVAC installation projects. You will manage all aspects of the installation process from start to finish, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage and execute HVAC installation projects.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute HVAC installations according to project specifications and timelines.
  • Conduct site assessments and provide accurate project estimates.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues promptly and effectively.
  • Communicate with clients to provide updates and address any concerns.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of all installation activities.
  • Ensure all installations comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Maintain and manage project materials, tools, and equipment.

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in HVAC installation.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation techniques, and industry standards.
  • Proven ability to manage and complete projects independently.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Must be willing to undergo a background check, drug screen, and physical.
  • EPA certification and other relevant HVAC certifications preferred.
  • Familiarity with California Building Code and state-specific regulations for HVAC installations.
