Qualifications
Minimum 4–6 years of HVAC installation/service experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Experience in residential construction or multi-family dwellings preferred.
Must have state HVAC license and valid driver's license.
Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including ductwork and controls.
Lead HVAC technicians and provide training.
Enforce safety policies and conduct site safety checks.
Inspect work for quality and communicate with project managers.
Track crew hours and assist with scheduling inspections.
