Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–6 years of HVAC installation/service experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in residential construction or multi-family dwellings preferred.
• Must have state HVAC license and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including ductwork and controls.
• Lead HVAC technicians and provide training.
• Enforce safety policies and conduct site safety checks.
• Inspect work for quality and communicate with project managers.
• Track crew hours and assist with scheduling inspections.
