Job summary

Central Maintenance & Service is seeking an HVAC/Maintenance Engineer to perform hands-on maintenance and repairs across mechanical, plumbing, and safety systems. You will follow codes and safety directives while maintaining an energy management program and supporting preventive maintenance initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs to mechanical, plumbing, structural, furniture, fire, life safety, and control systems.
• Follow codes, regulations, and company directives related to building operations and safety.
• Maintain an energy management program to operate systems efficiently.
• Assist with preventive maintenance to meet or exceed equipment life; perform emergency repairs as needed.
• Review inspections of building systems to ensure operation within design conditions.
• Apply in-depth knowledge and provide innovative solutions for complex assignments.
• Mentor others and share knowledge across disciplines.
