Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 6-10 years of engineering design experience.
• Experience designing HVAC systems for diverse building types.
• PE license or active progress toward licensure.
• Strong knowledge of codes and industry standards.
• Proficiency with Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead HVAC system design, engineering calculations, equipment selections, and construction documentation.
• Design heating hot water, chilled water, ventilation, refrigerant-based cooling, and building automation controls.
• Prepare technical specifications and support code-compliant mechanical designs.
• Collaborate with BIM and digital design teams to deliver high-quality project results.
• Support design reviews and identify opportunities to improve system performance, efficiency, and sustainability.
• Work directly with clients and project stakeholders to evaluate needs and propose effective solutions.
