We require a global-thinking HR function. We're seeking a Lead HR Generalist to support our AMER region, a role that offers the chance to shape the future of our HR function. The senior role will drive regional and global HR initiatives, providing precise, compliant, and scalable HR operations, advising on HR issues across the employee lifecycle, and partnering with regional leadership. An analytical approach, keen eye for detail, and data interpretation skills are essential.

Location: Remote in the AMER region

The role entails:

  1. Delivering accurate and compliant HR operations promptly.
  2. Collaborating with the Americas HR Manager and Global Head of HR to impact all HR regions.
  3. Managing processes like talent development, succession planning, performance assessments, onboarding, and engagement initiatives.
  4. Working with managers on performance management, organizational design, and workforce planning.
  5. Partnering with HRIS team to improve HR administrative processes.
  6. Advising managers on employee relations across countries.
  7. Supporting training and development programs.
  8. Building trusted regional partnerships.
  9. Driving diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
  10. Designing policies and delivering global HR projects.

What we are looking for:

  1. Strong academic background from high school and university.
  2. Experience leading HR initiatives across regions in a tech company.
  3. Regional HR experience in Latin America, with knowledge of local labor laws (Brazil and Mexico a plus).
  4. Business partnering experience with senior stakeholders.
  5. Hands-on involvement in daily HR routines.
  6. Experience mentoring others.
  7. Project management skills.
  8. Experience in remote-first organizations.
  9. Data-driven decision-making skills.
  10. Fluent in business English.
  11. Self-motivated, organized, confident, results-oriented.
  12. Willing to travel up to 4 times a year.

Nice to have skills:

  1. Experience with immigration policies and mobility.
  2. Payroll or benefits experience.
  3. Knowledge of HR systems.
  4. HR certifications.
  5. Facilitation skills.
