AT&T in Bothell, Washington is seeking a Lead HR Business Partner to align HR initiatives with business goals and improve workforce performance. This role reports to the Human Resources leadership and drives strategic partnerships across the Consumer Sales Channel and Retail Stores.
Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of HR experience, with potential certification requirements in certain areas.
This position requires office presence five days per week and is available only in the location(s) posted. Relocation assistance is not offered.
This role supports the Consumer Sales Channel, including Retail Stores. The position is responsible for aligning HR initiatives with business objectives to help improve workforce performance, support organizational growth, and enhance the overall employee experience.
Typical responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:
Experienced professional recognized as a subject matter expert with broad and in-depth knowledge of HR practices and business operations. Resolves complex issues creatively and independently, leads significant projects with strategic autonomy, and influences decisions at the executive level. Develops and implements long-term plans that impact organizational effectiveness. Frequently partners with senior leadership and mentors less experienced team members.
No direct supervisory responsibility.
Bachelor’s degree preferred. 5+ years of related experience required. Certification may be required in some functional areas.
