Responsibilities

• Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through project closeout.
• Coordinate with project teams to meet milestones and deliverables.
• Organize meetings with clients, architects, subcontractors and internal stakeholders.
• Manage contracts, changes, RFIs, submittals and project documentation.
• Monitor budgets, costs and schedules, providing regular leadership updates.
• Oversee safety compliance and quality control on site.
• Build strong relationships with clients and subcontractors.
• Identify and resolve project challenges before they impact cost or schedule.
• Assist with closeout, punch lists, and warranty turnover.
