Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise the housekeeping staff with training and coaching.
• Interview, hire, train, and evaluate staff; address performance issues.
• Inspect cleaning of guest rooms, public areas and back-of-house; ensure sanitation standards.
• Assign tasks and manage supplies to control inventory and expenses.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve concerns.
• Ensure attendance and regular availability.
