You will supervise daily operations, inspect rooms and public areas, coach colleagues, and maintain Hyatt’s standards of cleanliness and service while supporting personal and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of hotel experience required.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• A positive attitude and genuine passion for hospitality and guest service.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily activities of the Housekeeping team.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure Hyatt quality standards are consistently met.
• Coach, mentor, and support housekeeping colleagues while promoting a positive team culture.
• Assist with interviewing, training, and performance coaching.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Complete daily administrative responsibilities and departmental documentation.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.
