Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hotel experience in housekeeping.
• Experience with hotel operations software.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Excellent communicator and team motivator.
• Proactive, flexible, and service‑oriented.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations and ensure brand standards.
• Inspect rooms daily and release rooms for sale after standards.
• Monitor cleanliness of corridors, elevators, linen closets.
• Train and mentor Room Attendants and Public Areas staff.
• Coordinate with other departments to support seamless operations.
• Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally.
